The MyHomeBuyerClub mission is to “Protect Homeowners from the Unexpected”. MHBC is not an insurance company and does not sell job loss insurance or insurance of any kind. The “HELP” program (Homeowner Education and Loan Protection) is designed to assist homeowners during the initial two years of their new mortgage. This comprehensive program may include; pre and post mortgage counseling and education, budget counseling, on-going counseling and financial resource support and emergency grants for homeowners who experience an unforeseen financial difficulty or catastrophic event. While MHBC does purchase job loss insurance policies for homeowners enrolled in our programs, it is a small component offered within the HELP program. Enrollment is free to buyers and individuals must be enrolled at the time of purchasing or re-financing their personal home mortgage.
